This website and all content contained herein, including but not limited to text, graphics, technical descriptions, product references, certifications, images, process descriptions, manufacturing capabilities, specifications, whitepapers, and other material, are provided solely for general informational purposes relating to Startron’s electronics manufacturing operations, including OEM and ODM services.
Nothing contained on this website shall constitute an offer, binding proposal, guarantee, or commitment to manufacture, supply, or deliver products or services. Any manufacturing engagement shall be subject to formal written agreements executed between Startron and the relevant client.

All intellectual property rights in client-owned designs, trademarks, specifications, and proprietary technology supplied to Startron for manufacturing shall remain the exclusive property of the respective client, subject to executed agreements.
All background intellectual property, manufacturing know-how, process innovations, production methodologies, tooling concepts (unless contractually transferred), and quality control systems developed or used by Startron shall remain the exclusive property of Startron.
Nothing contained on this website shall be interpreted as transferring ownership of any intellectual property, tooling, or proprietary process unless expressly stated in a written contract.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
